General Policy
Urhit.com's general policy is to act as the provider of a traffic exchange system. Urhit.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Member's access to any or all services provided by Urhit.com if Urhit.com determines that the account has been inappropriately used.
Urhit.com forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal. This includes
pornographic, racist, abusive,
adult content or anything that may possibly offend. ANY
Website that has AdWare, MalWare, SpyWare, Trojans or anything
Harmful including -censored- will Immediately be Blocked and Suspended.
We DO NOT allow site ROTATORS,
or targeted sites which include pop-ups, pop-behinds, pop-unders.
We do NOT allow Pages breaking out of frame and any other behavior found
inappropriate or annoying.
We DO NOT ALLOW MS window-type popup/alert message boxes.
No porn or anything promoting that industry.
Any sites with Java or any script that Clicks
or Searches Without Viewers Clicks will be Deleted without notification, and
site banned.
The Approval or disapproval of any site for
this exchange is the decision of the administrator of The Urhit Traffic
Network.
You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted.
Payment Policies
Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Member's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Urhit.com reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Credits and or Account Cash
Management will NOT Purchase Credits From Members.
Free Members can use their Credits for Up-Grading their Account or Purchasing
Banner Ads, Text Ads or Sponsor Ads ONLY.
Cancellation
All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Member unless the cancellation was caused by Members violation of Urhit.com's policies. No refunds will be issued in this case.
Lawful Purpose
Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Urhit.com for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.
Password Protection
Member is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. Urhit.com will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.
As a member of www.urhit.com you agree to keep your personal information on file
up to date and accurate at all times. You also confirm that the email address
you have on file is accurate and in working order. This address may be used to
contact you about promotions or upgrades or news about our site. This email must
be a working email address or may result in account deletion. The company will keep all
personal information about you in the strictest confidence and will not divulge
it to any third party unless obligated to do so by law.
Disclaimer
Urhit.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Urhit.com cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. Urhit.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Member understands that Urhit.com services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. Urhit.com shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
